Jean-Charles “Jason” Dervieux is a Fractional Chief Growth Officer and the founder of Scaling Law Firms. He works with managing partners and law firm owners to engineer complete revenue systems: the marketing, intake, tracking, and accountability infrastructure that turns advertising spend into signed cases.
His path to this work ran through digital optimization roles at Amazon, Hertz, and ContentSquare, then years on the client side of the table as a fractional CMO for law firms, auditing agency performance and finding the same patterns: budgets spread thin, reporting built around leads instead of cases, and no single owner accountable for the whole revenue system. Scaling Law Firms exists to close that gap. Every engagement is measured on one number: cost per signed case.
On the Scaling Law Firms blog, he publishes long-form guides on paid search, Google Local Services Ads, SEO and answer engine optimization, intake conversion, review strategy, and marketing budget allocation. Every guide is validated against primary sources and current industry benchmarks before it ships.
Jason holds a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University, is based in Denver, Colorado, and works directly with a limited number of firms at a time to ensure depth and accountability.
